Families needed for Cornwall case study Sept - April

As part of the next phase of SNAP we are looking for some families to take part in a case study. This would involve your family trialling some of our resources and making some visits to different places near to where you live. You would then feedback to us on your experiences. All resources and any entry fees will be covered by SNAP.
