Like what we do? Would you like to get involved?

There are various ways that you can support our work and engage with Sensory Trust projects. Your support helps us make the outdoor world more accessible and engaging for people who don't get to enjoy it. Thank you!

Make a Donation

We are a registered charity and any donation will be used to support our project work connecting communities with natural places and spaces across the UK. Make a donation on our donate page.

Current opportunities: We are looking for volunteers to provide support to participants of our outdoor activity groups in Cornwall; this includes mainly people diagnosed with dementia, their carers/family members but also other individuals in the group, such as community members. Find out more

More generally, if you can offer any amount of time to volunteer for us or have a particular skill you would like to offer, please email Victoria at or telephone 01726 222900.

In return for your efforts we can provide valuable experience and references for future employers. And as with all volunteering, it gives you the chance to do something different and a chance to make a difference.

Student Projects

We like to support students as much as we can. If you have a project that you would like feedback on we can offer informal advice and we can share our experiences. Find out if your project fits in with our current work. Or read how one student worked with our dementia walking group for her final MA piece.

Sensory Trust online shop

You can now support us by shopping in our Sensory Trust shop where you will find some of our resources and publications. The money from sales will be reinvested in the development of new resources and advice, helping us ensure the benefits of our work reach as many people as possible.

We are a small team but occasionally job vacancies do arise. All job opportunities will be advertised on our jobs page as well as our social media.

Facebook and Twitter

Follow the links above to join us on Facebook or Twitter and keep up to date with our latest developments.

However you choose to get involved - THANK YOU!
