Trust history

Established in 1989 as a national charity, the Sensory Trust grew out of multi-disciplinary consultation whereby a wide network of disability and environmental organisations came together to identify a national role for the Sensory Trust.

The Trust moved from its original location in Bath to offices close to the Eden Project in June 2001

In 2002 the Trust was successful in a number of funding application bids. As a result the team has expanded in order to undertake several exciting programmes of work.
